Hora de jugar

Play time

This chapter returns to childhood, not as nostalgia, but as a formative state. I began thinking about the moments when play stops being simple and becomes something else. A rehearsal. A test. A quiet negotiation between fear and strength.

The work draws from early memories and from the atmosphere of growing up close to uncertainty. In those years, play was not separate from reality. It was a way of measuring space, of learning limits, of sensing vulnerability. I am interested in how those early experiences remain in the body, shaping how we stand, confront, or withdraw long after childhood has passed.

“Hora de jugar” reflects on that fragile space where imagination and exposure meet. It asks what we carry forward from those first encounters with power, risk, and belonging.
