Casas en movimiento
Houses in Motion
This series reflects on displacement, movement, and the fragile stability of portable homes. The works depict people standing before tents or houses on wheels — returning to them, holding them, or gathering around them.
These dwellings are more than shelter. They are markers of survival, identity, and the ability to adapt. They carry the stories of those who must move to live, taking with them only what can travel.
Colours are bold, forms simplified, and compositions anchored by the geometry of canvas walls and circular wheels. The scenes balance intimacy and distance, showing moments of return, departure, and pause.
Through these pieces, the tent becomes a symbol of both rootlessness and belonging — a temporary home that holds memory, resilience, and the possibility of another place.
